Memberships
Weekly and Annual memberships cannot be used in conjunction with specific event days (Easter, Halloween, Christmas Visit Santa Claus 23/12/2022 & 24/12/2022, etc). Due to the yearly change of some of these dates, it is not feasible for us to list them. However, if you go through the online reservation process, introduce your membership code and it doesn’t accept your code for that day, it either means that we are fully booked, or your membership cannot be used for that specific day.

Cancellation policy
Cancelled bookings are not eligible for a refund, but can be changed to another date within 90 days, only if the booking was cancelled latest before 09:30 hrs on the day of use. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for changing your date.
Special Event Days
Please be advised that free entrances, annual passes and discount vouchers cannot be used on special event days such as Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.
